Home Internet Connection Issues
+ -
If you are unable to connect to the internet, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try that may get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

  • Make sure that your device is connected to your home internet.
  • Restart this device and try to connect again.
  • Reseat the cables attached to your router and restart the router. This can take several minutes. (Your home Internet will be offline during this process).
  • Check a few different websites on the device to make certain the connection issue is not specific to one in particular.
  • If you may be in an area in your home with limited or no Internet connectivity, try moving to another area in the home that may get better reception.
  • Contact your home internet service provider. Make sure there are no issues with your service. They can also help you troubleshoot specific issues with your connection to your home network and router.
